What is Ohana Luggage?
Ohana Luggage is a luggage concierge service that transports your bags for you, so you can travel hands-free and stress-free. Simply book online in advance, and we’ll pick up and deliver your luggage where it needs to go.
Where do you pick up or drop off?
We can pick up and deliver to local addresses anywhere on O’ahu! Future expansion to Big Island, Kauai, and Maui.
Why use Ohana Luggage?
Frequent rental car break-ins, high island temperatures, and small rental car space make luggage storage/transportation a struggle. Let us take care of your bags and surfboards so that you can enjoy your hikes and beach-going with peace of mind.
What if my flight gets delayed?
We can monitor your flight tracking to update your arrival time. We will adjust our pickup schedule based on your new arrival time.
If your flight is canceled or you are moved to a different flight, please contact us @ support@ohanaluggage.com.
What items can be transported?
Standard suitcases, backpacks, and even bigger items such as surfboards and other beach gear.
Are rental car break-ins common in O'ahu?
Unfortunately, yes, there are consistently many reports of theft from vehicles parked all over the island.
